About the assessment

The whole picture, in one place

HealthGuard 138 brings together everything we can learn about your health in a single, unhurried assessment: your history and lifestyle, a detailed physical examination, certified laboratory diagnostics and a live look at your blood under the microscope.

It is delivered at Eden Longevity Center by a practising doctor trained in the protocol developed by our medical partner, BSI International. Your first visit takes around two hours. A week or so later, you return to have your written report explained page by page, with recommendations and, if clinically needed, a prescription.

It is a natural starting point for a longevity program, and a clear baseline to measure future change against.

Your assessment

Four steps, two visits

Before you arrive

You complete a health-history questionnaire, so our clinical team can tailor the assessment to you.

Assessment

A detailed interview and physical examination, then blood and urine samples and live microscopy, about two hours in all.

Analysis

Certified laboratory diagnostics, microscopy observations and the risk-alert analysis come together in your report.

Results

Typically five to seven days later, your doctor explains the report page by page and answers your questions.
